With over 25 years of experience in insurance and financial services across Europe and Asia, Bob has held leadership roles spanning CFO, distribution and sales, and CEO. From 2003 to 2013, he was with ING before joining FWD and later bolttech (2013–2022), where he was part of the pioneering teams that launched FWD Life and bolttech, the Singapore-based insurtech. A seasoned transformation and growth leader in insurance, fintech, and wealth management, Bob most recently served as CEO of Pi Financial in Thailand, driving the digital transformation and scaling of its wealth management and securities brokerage business. Bob holds an MBA from Erasmus University/Rotterdam School of Management and a Master’s degree in Finance & Control from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam
