Jim has over 35 years of experience across financial services in Asia-Pacific, including insurance, investment banking and capital markets. He has held senior roles at Nomura Securities, Jefferies, and Macquarie Securities, advising corporates and financial sponsors on structured finance, acquisition and complex cross-border transactions, with a focus on Japan. He previously served as Managing Partner and Co-CEO of Bear Logi KK, a logistics real estate platform operating across Japan, Korea, and Singapore, which was successfully exited to EQT AB.
